In-Person Counselling: If in-person counselling sessions are available, clients agree to follow any policies and procedures set forth by the Counsellor, including health and safety protocols.

Sales of Products: The Website may offer various products related to counselling, mental health, or personal development. By purchasing these products, you agree to the terms and conditions stated in this document.

Sales of Online Courses and In-Person Workshops: Online courses and in-person workshops may be available for purchase. Cancellation policies for these services are outlined below.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation of Counselling Sessions: Clients may cancel or reschedule counselling sessions with a notice period of 48 hours. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a full session fee charge.

Cancellation of Online Products: Sales of digital products, including online courses and downloadable materials, are non-refundable as they are delivered to the purchaser upon payment.

Cancellation of In-Person Workshops: Cancellation with a notice period of 1 month before the workshop start date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellation with a notice period of 3-2 weeks before the workshop start date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellation with a notice period of 2 weeks or less will not be eligible for a refund.

Privacy Policy

Clients and Website Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy of the Counsellor, which outlines how personal information is collected, used, and protected. The Privacy Policy is available on the Website.
