More Than Fixing: A Journey to Wholeness and Healing

I offer psychotherapy, coaching, strategy design and workshops for individuals, parents and community groups. We work together in a holistic way that empowers you and honours the unique needs of your people.

Imagine if healing was less about fixing what’s “broken” and more about embracing our unique, perfectly imperfect selves. Instead of looking only at what’s on the surface, we’d dive deeper, like an iceberg, where so much of what truly shapes us lies beneath. When we bring awareness to these hidden parts of ourselves, we gain the insight and compassion to work with our experiences rather than against them, transforming life’s challenges into growth and resilience.

As a psychologist and intuitive empath, I draw from the best psychology, science and the wisdom of the heart to walk alongside you, helping you find the strength and self-compassion to heal yourself. My approach is heart-centred and grounded, empowering you to build inner resilience and find a new path to happiness. I especially love to coach parents, supporting them in guiding their kids and teens to develop skills for healthy coping, emotional expression, mindfulness, and genuine connection. It’s easy to feel alone or drained, even as you cherish the time spent with your children. We can create a safe space to explore how to support and sustain your well-being while nurturing your children, giving you the tools to create healthy boundaries, find moments of rest, and reconnect with your authentic self. We'll devise strategies to transform those endless to-do lists, help you support the unique needs of your children and form the pillars of a simpler and more connected home life.

Midlife Struggles

I meet many clients when they reach mid-life and are amid huge transitions like divorce, ageing parents or a new job. Physical changes and shifting family dynamics can make it more challenging. This period is also an invitation to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been set aside, to rediscover your voice, and to shape a future that feels truer to who you are now. In our work together, we’ll explore these shifting perspectives, creating a path that honours your past, embraces your present, and builds a fulfilling future. I love helping clients embrace change and working with them to baby-step their way forward on their terms.
