Hi, I’m Debbie.
I’m a psychologist, therapist and coach with 20+ years of experience, but I’m not like most psychologists.
My work goes deeper than managing symptoms or surface-level solutions. I offer relational, intuitive and soulful therapy that honours every part of you: mind, body, spirit and story. I help women who are ready to move from overwhelm, shape-shifting and people-pleasing. Women who are ready to break cycles, honour their energy and reconnect with their inner wisdom.
I combine evidence-based psychology with intuitive insight, nervous system healing, nature-based tools, and spiritual awareness.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck, heal the impact of past wounds, and create space for something new: more clarity, more ease, and a more authentic you.

A 6-session coaching series for those who’ve done some therapy and are ready to reclaim their clarity, energy and truth.

1. Reach Out

2. First Session
In our first session (75–90 mins), we’ll explore your story, clarify your goals, and begin mapping out a path forward that feels aligned and supportive.
3. Ongoing Sessions
We’ll meet weekly or fortnightly to build consistency and create a safe, reflective space for healing, growth and deepening connection to your true self.
4. Integration
This is about more than coping - it’s about shifting how you live, relate and move through the world, with more clarity, energy, intuition and self-trust.
