I collaborate with women and families to help them reduce the feelings of constant pressure and overwhelm in their lives.

My superpower is empathy - bringing compassion and understanding when people are exhausted and burnt-out from trying so hard all of the time.

I’m a mother, a psychologist, an empath, a highly sensitive person, a homeschooler, and a parent to neurodiverse kids.
